Today is our only day off together during this Easter. So we wanted to make something special good for breakfast and this is what we came up with: toast, green and white asparagus, sauce hollandaise with bear's garlic and Bündner Rohschinken (cured ham). The leaves on top are bloody dock / Blutampfer from our garden.
