| Our chives is already thriving |
Oh yeah! The spring has definitely started. Me like!!! We have had a fabulous sunny weather for this passed week...should make and keep everybody happy and the happiest of them all is Funny :D

I love chives! In mashed potatoes, pasta, mayonnaise, scones, etc. Yum! Now I'm hungry. ��
I love it too. It's such a good basic herb for so many things.
Do you know what is Bärlauch (in wikipedia with a name Allium ursinum)? The taste of bärlauch is a bit like chives and garlic combined so you might love it also. Here in Switzerland Bärlauch is soon in season so I should make a post about it some time soon.
